Pre-order Terms and Conditions
  1. General provisions: Pre-order allows ordering and reserving products before their official release or delivery to the warehouse. Pre-order products are brought in at the individual request of the Customer.
  2. Payment options: When placing an order, the Customer has the option to choose one of two payment methods:
    • Full payment (100%) of the product price in advance.
    • Reservation fee (50%) of the product price at the time of purchase, with the obligation to pay the remaining part before shipment.
  3. Stocking and surcharge: If a reservation fee (50%) is chosen, once the product is accepted into the Store's warehouse, the Customer will be notified of the need to settle the remaining amount within the same order. The Customer is obliged to make the surcharge within 14 days from the date of notification.
  4. Failure to fulfill the contract and cancellation: Failure to complete payment within 14 days or unilateral cancellation of the order by the Customer will be treated as a failure to fulfill the custom order contract. In such a case, the order will be canceled, and the financial consequences depend on the chosen payment option:
    • If the reservation fee (50%) option was chosen – the paid amount is forfeited in full to the Store.
    • If the full payment (100%) option was chosen – 50% will be deducted from the refunded amount as a non-refundable reservation fee.
      The deducted funds represent compensation to cover incurred, irreversible import and logistics costs.
  5. Cancellation by the Store: In case of inability to fulfill the order due to reasons beyond the Store's control (e.g., product unavailability from the manufacturer), the Store will immediately refund the Customer the entire amount paid (100% or 50% depending on the chosen option).
  6. Shipping method selection: Before shipping the goods, the Customer selects the preferred logistics option:
    • Immediate shipment: The product is dispatched immediately after full payment is credited. This delivery can be combined free of charge with other current orders in the Store.
    • Shipping hold: The product is paid for and stored in the Store's warehouse. Shipment is suspended awaiting the fulfillment of the Customer's other, most distant pre-orders.
  7. Free delivery: All pre-orders are excluded from the free delivery option; for larger orders, the shipping cost may differ from the standard shipping amount
