How does Preorder work? (In short)
  1. Payment choice: When placing a pre-order for a product, you decide how you pay:
    • Full payment (100%) – you pay for the entire order upfront.
    • Reservation fee (50%) – you pay half the price now, and the rest before shipping.
  2. Stocking and surcharge (50%): Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will ask you to settle the remaining amount within the same order. You have 14 days from the moment of notification to make the additional payment. Failure to pay within this period means cancellation and loss of the reservation fee paid.
  3. Shipping choice: When finalizing the order before shipping, you decide the fate of the package:
    • Immediate shipment – we ship the product immediately (you can combine delivery with other current purchases in the store).
    • Hold shipment – you pay for the product, and we securely store it and await the fulfillment of your other pre-orders.
